Multiculturalism at Sigma Conso: seminar in Rome

Team-building seminar in Rome

At the end of last week, all colleagues from the different Sigma Conso offices gathered in Rome for a 2-day residential team-building seminar. The goal of this seminar was to develop strong ties between the different countries’ teams and to simply relax and spend quality time together in an outstanding environment.

Vespa tour across the Eternal City, photo contest through areas off the beaten touristic tracks, discovery of Baroque Rome, cooking class, … all the activities helped to get to know each other better in a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

A team of finance consultants, dedicated to international missions

The Sigma Conso teams of consultants are active across several countries, which leads the employees to frequently work with their colleagues from other parts of the world. An international team of experts are able to support the local offices and answer the specific requirements of our clients in Europe, Asia and Africa.

An international and multicultural work environment

These team-building events are essential for Sigma Conso to continuously develop professional skills in a multicultural environment and to always better work together. To date, Sigma Conso employees have more than 10 nationalities and can speak in a dozen languages. Many of them are fluent in 3 or 4 languages.

At Sigma Conso, we believe that this multiculturalism is an asset to provide our clients (which are themselves multinational groups) with high-quality service.
