Sage consolidation becomes part of Sigma Conso
Sigma Conso further solidifies its position in France with its acquisition of Sage’s consolidation and reporting business.
Brussels, January, 16th 2013 – Sigma Conso, a supplier of financial management software, today announced its acquisition of Sage’s consolidation and reporting business. Sigma Conso will assume all future development and support for the related solutions. Sage’s “Consolidation et Reporting” team joined Sigma Conso’s French team, ensuring the continuity of optimal service.
Sigma Conso intends to use the acquisition to earn the loyalty of current Sage Consolidation and Reporting solutions’ users. It will guarantee follow-up and support for users’ current solution and provide them with access to the latest functionality and technology developments.
By positioning itself as both a software supplier and an expert in the field, Sigma Conso offers its customers a comprehensive platform that covers all aspects of consolidation and reporting including consulting, expert training, and software development and implementation.
