Sigma Conso announces a new Board of Directors
Brussels, November 17th 2020 The board of directors consists of six members:
- The position of Chairman of the Board of Directors has been entrusted to Patrick Van Deven, who has more than 30 years of experience with software vendors such as SAP and SAS, where he held several leading management positions. His most recent position was that of General Manager EMEA for C3.ai, a software company in the field of artificial intelligence.
- Jean de Crane is the CEO of the Isabel Group, a company specialising in B2B payments, identification, e-invoicing and financial transactions security. He has more than 30 years experience at software companies in the financial services industry. He was also COO of Clear2Pay, one of the biggest success stories in the Belgian fintech industry. His areas of expertise include operational management of high-growth companies, business development, product strategy and project management.
- The Frenchman Édouard Fourcade was in charge of France and then of the whole EMEA region for the Californian group Anaplan. He also has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including 5 years as General Manager France of the SAS Institute, before that 13 years at BMC Software, where he held various positions such as Vice President France and Vice President of Sales EMEA.
- Dominique Galloy, CEO and member of the Board of Sigma Conso, says: “We can now rely on more than a century of accumulated experience in the sector of CPM solutions” proudly explains . “This newly formed Board of Directors also wants to give us the means to achieve our ambitions by providing us with an international network that will grow our current ecosystem exponentially”.
- Filip Van Innis has strong expertise in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and joined Fortino Capital in December 2016 as Investment Director. Previously, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group and BNP Paribas Fortis. He graduated as a Commercial Engineer at the KUL and completed a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance at Oxford University.
- Matthias Vandepitte joined Fortino Capital in March 2016 and is now a partner. His contribution to the Sigma Conso Board of Directors is rooted in his industrial background and rare experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity. Mathias holds a degree in electronic engineering from the KUL and an MBA from the prestigious London Business School.
