Sigma Conso strengthens its management team and appoints a Director of Services
The Belgian company, which recently announced an investment by Fortino Capital Partners and which has enjoyed sustained growth of 15 to 20% over the past five years, intends to further expand its activities in Belgium and internationally.
In order to realise these ambitions and structure its growth, Sigma Conso looks to strengthen its management team. This results today in the appointment of Christophe Schmidt as Director of Services.
Brussels, October 6th, 2020 – Sigma Conso, international supplier of CPM software and services, today announces the appointment of Christophe Schmidt as Director of Services.
“Christophe Schmidt has a long career in the fintech sector, including several managerial positions, and brings therefore a particular added value to Sigma Conso,” explains Dominique Galloy, Managing Director of Sigma Conso. “Christophe has a broad experience in customer service, from managing implementation projects of financial software to coaching consulting teams. His previous roles at Clear2Pay and the US Fortune 500 software publisher FIS, among others, have enabled him to develop his skills in change management and project management in an international and multicultural environment”.
“I am particularly pleased and excited to join Sigma Conso at this key stage in its history.” says Christophe Schmidt. “My ambitions for the coming years are clear: to roll out an outstanding service to always exceed customer expectations and to further develop the consulting activities of Sigma Conso worldwide.”
Dominique Galloy adds: “The current economic instability makes more and more financial managers want to optimise and digitalise their processes. Strengthening the organisation of our services was crucial in order to be able to offer our customers a better service at all times.
Whether it’s about following up and supporting new and existing clients, or expanding our range of training or consultancy services, I am convinced that Christophe’s extensive experience, as well as his personality focused on striving for perfection, will be of great added value. I wish him every success in this new role,” concludes Dominique Galloy.
Active in 20 countries and currently serving more than 600 customers, ranging from medium-sized to large companies (D’Ieteren, Sofina, Proximus, Besix, Umicore, Eiffage or CMB), Sigma Conso is currently looking for a Sales Director to complete its management team.
