Sigma Conso Asia during the unprecedented year 2020
2020 has been a challenging year for many organizations due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic. We started practicing work from home since 28 Jan 2020 in order to minimize social contact. During the lockdown period, we have been encouraging our team to do daily workout at home to ensure our mind, body and soul remain balanced and continuing with the effort. Not only are we working hard to support our clients, we are united as one in staying fit to ensure our new work life balance can be achieved.
Our consultants doing daily workout at home to keep fit during lockdown
We understand many of our clients were caught off guard with the Movement Control Order in Malaysia. They weren’t prepared with the lockdown to get protective equipment for themselves and their family. Hence, we made our little effort to help out by sending them some masks. Halfway through the year, we made extra effort to distribute hundreds of masks to our clients & staff to keep them safe.

SAFE-distancing has kept our team physically apart since January 2020. Our consultants have been working hard and serving our clients to the fullest during the lockdown. While we are unable to meet our people, we have created a new LIMITLESS T-Shirt to bond our team together through our belief.
We are thankful as we have been entrusted with more projects this year even during economic uncertainties. We have increased our headcount due to the increasing number of projects. As part of our business growth strategies, we are also building new partnerships in this region. Deloitte Malaysia becomes our strategic partner and completed our certification course. We have gained 20 dedicated consultants from Deloitte Malaysia and we believe this will bring great value to our clients.
Our Social Responsibility
This year we made more donations to help the poor and the needy during economic uncertainties and challenging times, as some charities are suffering and struggling to raise funds during COVID-19 pandemic. We have supported the donation to few charities including Singapore Red Cross (SRC) for local elderly, SPD (formerly Society for the Physically Disabled), chronically ill children, as well as baby Jacob who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2 (a rare genetic neuromuscular disorder that affects the nerve cells).
