Sigma Conso is looking for a Corporate Services Director to reinforce the services team and sustain the international company’s growth:

Client Services Director (f/m)

(Based in Brussels, Paris or Luxembourg)

He/she will report directly to the Executive Committee of the company and will take care of the following tasks:

Function

  • Will manage the consulting team within the 6 entities of the group.
  • Will manage the relation with our implementation partners in those 6 countries and help setting new relationships.
  • Will actively participate in the management of some critical projects.
  • Will ensure an efficient relation with our customers in normal or even crisis situations.
  • Will act as a Customer Success Manager at corporate level.
  • Will help identify new opportunities at the customer side for new projects, new services or new products.
  • Will make sure that the expertise of the different consultants is shared within the organization and with our community of distributors, resellers and implementation partners.

Profile

  • You have a strong and relevant experience in Financial Corporate Performance Management or management consulting.
  • You have a relevant experience of management of projects and management of team of consultants.
  • Professional, efficient and driven by challenge.
  • Trilingual Dutch, French and English is required.
  • Master degree in Finance, or Business Management
  • Good communication skills and professional appearance
  • Autonomous, creative, well-organized and stress resistant
  • Able to evolve in his/her responsibilities and career
