Sigma Conso is looking for a Sales Manager!

Sigma Conso, an international group active in Corporate Performance Management Solutions, is looking for a Sales Manager (Belux) to reinforce the Sales team in Brussels and help us cater for the needs of more than 600 customers that we are proud to have. In order to structure our growth, you will supervise and motivate a team of 3 account managers and will actively participate in the creation of new opportunities for Sigma Conso products and services.

Your mission:

You will report directly to the Management of the company and take care of the following tasks:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of 3 Account Managers
  • Actively participate in the creation of new opportunities for Sigma Conso products and services
  • Responsible for the growth of the company’s current customer base and the continuous follow up of customers’ needs
  • Sell solutions to the CFO of large and medium size organizations
  • Maintain regular and close contact with the current customers and increase the revenue with these customers
  • Extend Sigma Conso partners community
  • Acquire a good knowledge of the software applications of Sigma Conso

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in solution selling
  • You have proven experience in B2B sales
  • Hunting & prospection minded with abilities to manage a sales team
  • Customer focus
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English is required
  • University degree
  • Good communication skills and professional appearance
  • Autonomous, creative, well-organized, ambitious and stress resistant
  • Knowledge of financial applications or experience in the financial or management consulting areas is an asset
