Paris, October 1st, 2013 – LISI group, a world leader in fasteners and assembly components for the aerospace, automotive and medical fields recently chose Mona InterWeb. Sigma Conso’s full web solution automates intragroup transaction reconciliation and optimises the financial consolidation process.

With its invoice matching function and automatic reconciliation option, Mona InterWeb interfaces easily with ERP systems and with market consolidation software packages. The solution will enable the LISI Group to obtain reliable financial information quickly. High transaction volumes and the use of multiple currencies argued for greater process automation.

Laurent Léchopier, Group Controller Director at LISI Aerospace, explains: “The Group’s growth and the centralisation of flows on our logistics platforms considerably increased the number of interco transactions over the past years. The situation required the implementation of tools that could guarantee the speed and reliability of our interco reconciliation process. We studied the various solutions available on the market to find one that was simple and adaptable to our different information systems. Sigma Conso’s was the obvious choice based on those two criteria. Mona InterWeb is user-friendly, and clear and intuitive, for all of the parties involved in the interco reconciliation process. We signed the contract in July and implementation and training began in August. The solution will be deployed quickly throughout the entire LISI Group.”

Dominique Galloy, Sigma Conso’s Managing Director added that: “Mona InterWeb is winning over more and more major groups. They understand that an intragroup transaction matching tool is a real asset for improving the individual and consolidated accounts closing process. We’re confident that the LISI Group will quickly benefit from the new process it has implemented.”
